Student Financial Aid - Course Registration Plan

Please be advised that it is imperative that you contact a Program Advisor for assistance with course selections prior to applying for funding and submitting this plan.



We will not update personal information through this form. If you need to make changes to your personal details (such as your address, phone number, or email), you must log in to your MyAU student account and update your information there.



Undergraduate Students:

Students are required to apply to Athabasca University and Student Financial Assistance at least three months before their anticipated start date.

Funding approval is due at least 1 month before the start date with no holds or reviews.
This is a requirement for all students seeking to attend AU as a full-time funded student.
Students not approved by the deadline for the desired start date will need to reapply.



Graduate Students:

Your loan must be approved, or first semester tuition fees paid prior to your intended start date. Please check with your Graduate Centre for fee deadline.
